For insurance and security reasons all orders over $150 are sent by Australia Post registered mail. This will mean someone must be available to sign for delivery, if no one is home during the day we can deliver to a work address for you… 

Orders over $500 cannot be shipped to an address or PO Boxes, unless a prior arrangement is made by either paying for Australia Post insurance (covers up to $5000 value) or signing a disclaimer releasing Stealth Vision Australia from any loss or damage caused in transit.

Terms

Stealth Vision Australia offers free postage on orders over $150.To get free postage simply click the free postage option when you buy $150 or more and free postage will be added to your order.

General postage charges are based on cubic and actual weights and Australian Post rates. Delivery carriers are chosen at Stealth Vision Australia discretion but generally we use Australia Post.

Orders will ship within the same to 2 business days after payment, unless orders need to come from our suppliers first in which time it will be sent as per our postage terms.

If you wish to Pre-order one of our new products, this will enable you the customer to be the first to get new or high demand products. Delivery times will be displayed on the Product page or contact us for updates.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, for larger order over $2,000.00 such as Thermal and Night Vision we may also accept bank transfer to our account or over the phone payments  and may provide a discount when purchasing and paying by direct debit, please contact us in this instance.

Stealth Vision Australia attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

General Warranty on all items have a minimum of 12 months from the date of Purchase, some item longer and this is stated on the products web page. Warranty for Faulty items may be given as a repair to the manufacturer and in some cases a new product may be given at Stealth Vision Australia’s discretion. Returns are not accepted for incorrect purchase or change of mind. If you make an error when ordering please contact us quickly to resolve the same day. Return Freight is not covered by Stealth Vision Australia and is the buyer’s responsibility.

DOA although our factories have QA checked each item before shipping sometimes things do go wrong and as such an item maybe DOA (Dead on Arrival) in such cases please take a photo of condition of product and make contact with us within 2 days of delivery by phone or email and we will make arrangements to replace or repair the product.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We do not store any credit card information on this site and all payments are taken via PayPal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for whatever reason, in this case a full refund will be issued promptly.

Any orders cancelled by the purchaser due to the item purchased being non faulty will incur a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

IN STOCK

Items that are In Stock that are physically available in our distribution warehouse. These orders are packed and processed for deliver to Australia Post the next business day. Once we have verified your payment, your order is sent to the warehouse for packaging  and then sent to Australia Post for delivery. All orders over $100 will be sent by registered post.

AVAILABLE

Some products may not be physically stocked in the warehouse. However, these products are specially ordered from our suppliers once a payment process is completed. Usually the suppliers take 7-20 business days to send the product to us. Once your product reaches us, it is packed and put into next delivery run for delivery with Australia post.
